Why We Started Lintlo.
We started Lintlo with a simple observation: looking after a property from a distance shouldn’t have to be complicated or expensive. Through our market research, we noticed that many property-management options combine inspections, maintenance and other services into larger packages, which may not suit owners who only need an occasional property visit, a clear update or help preparing their home. We wanted to create a more accessible alternative, especially for NRIs, homeowners living in other cities and owners of vacant properties in Hyderabad. A service where you can choose what you actually need, understand the price upfront and stay informed without committing to an expensive, all-inclusive arrangement. That’s why Lintlo focuses on scheduled property visits, visual inspections and photo-documented digital reports. When additional care is needed, customers can also request separately quoted services such as wall cleaning, general cleaning and maintenance coordination, subject to availability and approval. A Clearer, More Accountable Visit
Every Lintlo visit should begin with clarity. Before the scheduled appointment, the property owner can receive a digital visit document containing the property address, selected package, agreed scope of work and inspection checklist. The document can include the assigned visitor’s photograph and relevant details, along with Lintlo’s digital signature, so the owner can review who is expected to visit and what the visit covers. During the visit, the agreed checklist guides the inspection, helping ensure relevant observations are documented with photographs and included in the digital report. Our goal is simple: clear expectations before the visit, documented observations during it, and a report you can review afterwards.
